Payment Processing: We use secure third-party platforms and payment processors such as Donorbox, Stripe, and PayPal to process donations. By making a donation, you acknowledge and agree that your transaction will be processed by these third parties and is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We do not store your full payment card details on our servers.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

The content on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, images, logos, videos, and software, is the property of Disha Jyoti or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may access and use the content for your personal, non-commercial use related to supporting our mission. 9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Jefferson County, Alabama, and you hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue therein.
